We provide care for children who are not expected to survive into adulthood, as well as essential support for the whole family. The care we offer is wide ranging; respite, emergency, palliative and end of life care. From diagnosis through to bereavement and beyond, we are there for as long as the family needs us. We operate three hospices: Little Bridge House in North Devon, Charlton Farm in North Somerset and Little Harbour in Cornwall.
