Scheme is for frail, elderly people or people with a disability who find public transport very difficult to use or living where there is no public transport and have no transport of their own. Providing door-to-door service with a professional driver who will help passengers on and off the bus, using a tail lift if necessary. Manual or electric wheelchairs or scooters can be accommodated in safety and comfort. Passengers may bring an escort.
